Hydraulic Station and Electrical Control
The hydraulic station provides power for the cutting mechanism and other hydraulic functions. The PLC-based control system manages feeding, forming speed, length measurement, cutting, and machine operation.
A touchscreen or control panel can be configured for convenient parameter setting and production monitoring. Electrical components can be selected according to the customer's voltage, frequency, automation level, and export-market requirements.
